I know it's been a few weeks since I've posted anything on here. It's been kinda crazy around here with the release of three new sets (Intrigue, Little Blossom Cottage, and Little Blossom Accessories) over at Clear Artistic Stamps and a chat party with games and prizes on Nov. 18th.
I then got to make some Christmas cards for a card swap, which I have NEVER done before, that was due in the mail by today. I'm happy to report that I was able to get those out last week.
Then I had the usual things around the house, kids to the doctor, give the dog a bath, oh and did I mention the loads and loads of laundry that NEVER seems to end. So, I made a little bit of time to throw together a quick project to kind of help wind myself down a bit.
I was able to use the new Intrigue set from Clear Artistic Stamps to make this cute and simple little trinket/jewelry gift box.
Other supplies I used:
- drapery fabric samples
- Prismacolor markers
- Elmer's gluestick
- jewelry/trinket box
- glue dots
First, I glued the drapery fabric to the box. Then, I stamped the image on yellow scrap paper and colored it with Prismacolor markers and cut it out. Finally, I attached the image to the box with glue dots.
That's it! Easy Peasy.
This project took all of ten minutes to make.
