Well, I've finally had a little bit of time to share a card that I made a little while back. The stamp that I used for it is in the Nature in Word collection from Clear Artistic Stamps.
Other supplies that I used were:
- printed paper from Paperbilities
- Prismatics Twilight Accent Pack from Prism
- rope trim from craft dept. @ Wal-Mart
- white cardstock from Wal-Mart
- Elmer's Gluestick
- Hot gluegun
- Marvy pens
- Large Pinking Scissors
First, I folded the Prism cardstock in half end to end.
Then, I cut the Paperbilities paper to the size I wanted and glued it down with plain old Elmer's gluestick.
Then, I glued down the piece of scarf fabric also using the gluestick.
I then stamped the image on the cardstock and colored with Marvy Pens.
Then, I cut out the image with my Large Pinking Scissors.
I then glued the image onto the swatch of scarf fabric and used a black Mary Pen to edge around the fabric and the white cardstock and then did some zigzags to give some depth.
Finally, I used the hot gluegun to glue down the trim.
Looking back on these instructions... It wasn't as complicated as it sounds. It all took me maybe twenty minutes to get done.
